Dan Valentine serves as Senior Associate Pastor of Rockford First, with an emphasis on church-wide ministry, discipleship, evangelism, promotions, events, strategic community connections, and television. His wife, Megan, serves on the Student Ministries Pastoral team to assist in oversight of grades six through twelve.

Dan has spent a significant amount of his time in ministry at Rockford First. He served on the Rockford Master’s Commission and Cross Current staffs from 1994-2004, before moving to Celebrate Church in Orlando, Florida. He now has returned to Rockford to once again join the amazing team of Rockford First.

Dan was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He became a licensed minister of the Assemblies of God while attending the Master’s Commission of Louisiana before moving to Rockford.

Dan and Megan married in 2002 and have two beautiful little girls, Mariah (4) and Stasia (2).
